Jet Express Trucks Highly Commended at Truckfest 2022

In case you hadn’t noticed, we’re big on trucks here at Jet Express. So, it only seemed fitting that we attend the biggest celebration of trucks in the UK – Truckfest.

If you’re a seasoned Truckfest goer, you’ll know that this event is designed specifically to showcase exceptional trucks from far and wide. Whether they’re adorned with bespoke livery (like our Lewis Hamilton truck) or adapted to make life as comfortable as possible for their drivers, Truckfest serves to put them on a pedestal.

So, this May bank holiday weekend, we took a selection of our brilliant fleet to Peterborough to experience the Truckfest buzz for the very first time.

The Truckfest Preparation

If you have any experience of logistics, you’ll know that keeping your fleet in tiptop condition is a full-time job in itself, especially when you’re heading to an event where the trucks are the stars of the show.

With this in mind, our brilliant Jet Express maintenance team and drivers spent copious amounts of time preparing their vehicles. They were buffed and polished to perfection, ensuring their most prevalent features would stand out in the crowd.

Once complete, they began the journey to Peterborough in a convoy to be proud of.

Our Truckfest Experience

As you’ll have seen from our social media posts, Truckfest itself is quite the spectacle! We were pleased to have a large plot to showcase our vehicles on, and we were even more thrilled by the amount of attention they attracted!

We spent the weekend chatting with likeminded truck lovers and logistics experts alike – it really was brilliant to have so many conversations with people who share the same values as us when it comes to providing the best logistics solutions possible.

It was also fantastic to see so many other brilliantly designed trucks – the time and effort that goes into them really is immense, so seeing so many of them in one place was truly inspirational.

A fantastic show all round and we’re already looking forward to Truckfest 2023!

Our Highly Commended Trucks

As if attending our first Truckfest wasn’t enough, we were thrilled to be awarded Highly Commended for not one but three of our trucks! We’re incredibly proud to have received this recognition – it’s a testament to all the hard work that goes into making our fleet what it is.
