Freight Forwarding

Our Freight Forwarding Solutions

As a logistics company, we work to provide more than just trucks and routes. With over 40 years in logistics and a strong record in specialised freight such as ADR transport, we combine deep industry experience with modern systems and proactive customer service. This has allowed us to offer the freight forwarding solutions that we can today. This includes:

General & Pallet Freight: Whether you are sending a single pallet, multiple crates, or part-load shipments, we offer flexible and efficient freight handling. Jet Express aim for direct and minimal handling routes wherever possible to preserve cargo integrity and speed.

We plan and schedule freight with careful consideration of routing, loading, and vehicle type. Your goods remain managed by our experienced professionals from pickup to delivery, with GPS tracking and proof of delivery for visibility and accountability.

ADR Freight: As well as standard shipments, we are also trained to handle ADR freight. For businesses dealing with hazardous materials, Jet Express provides a fully ADR-certified freight forwarding service. Non-compliant handling, labelling, and transport of substances such as flammable liquids, corrosives, gases, oxidisers, or toxic materials can result in substantial legal and safety risks.

Whether you require urgent ADR freight delivery or scheduled ADR forwarding, our service is built for reliability and flexibility, ensuring your goods are safe and compliant at every stop.

Cross-Border & International Freight: We don’t just specialise in UK to Ireland freight solutions. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, and mainland Europe. We coordinate customs procedures, ferry crossings, transit permissions, and regulatory documentation to ensure smooth cross-border movement with every freight forwarding service.

Our international freight clients benefit from our coordinated planning and execution, fewer delays, fewer customs mistakes, and reduced administrative burden on your team.

Freight Forwarding With Jet Express

Our freight forwarding services start when you request a quote or schedule a collection with our team. Our operations team puts together all the essential details such as pick-up location, destination, cargo dimensions, weight, and whether ADR classification applies to plan out your delivery. When it comes to ADR freight forwarding, further information on hazard class, UN number, packing group, and emergency measures is required.

Once this has all been confirmed, we allocate the right vehicle within our fleet for your load. The route is then planned to minimise transit time, considering border crossings, ferry schedules, and regulatory constraints for ADR routes to ensure your freight is precise and on time.

During transport, all our freight vehicles are tracked via GPS, and our team monitors driving behaviour to support safety and efficiency. For ADR loads, drivers carry the required emergency response kits and follow strict compliance protocols. On delivery, a digital proof of delivery is supplied to you immediately.
