Multimodal 2022

Last week, the Jet Express team set off for the NEC Birmingham to attend Multimodal 2022 – and what a week it was!

If you’re unfamiliar, Multimodal is an event that brings logistics experts from all over the world together for three days. It allows you to exhibit your business and the part you play in the logistics industry, as well as offering countless opportunities for networking. If you’re looking to build your business and connect with potential leads and partners, it really is the place to be.

We attended Multimodal for the first time in October 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience so when the opportunity arose for us to attend the event again this year, we couldn’t say no!

Only this time, we wanted to go bigger and better!

The Multimodal Process

As Multimodal is all about showing off the very best your business has to offer, all exhibitors put copious amounts of time and effort into making sure their stands look great and provide visitors with all the information they need.

The Jet Express team worked incredibly hard to organise banners, printed materials, information packs and a few freebies to ensure anyone who popped over for a chat got the full Jet Express experience.

Off we went with one loaded Luton van and a few members of the team to get our stand set up.

If you’ve been following our Multimodal experience over on our social media platforms, you’ll know that they did an excellent job of Jet-ifying Stand 2082!

Three Days of Multimodal

Multimodal is all about making connections, and that’s exactly what we did! Each day brought a new influx of visitors to our stand and we were lucky to be kept busy chatting all day, every day. We met some brilliant logistics experts and were able to offer our services to plenty who were looking for a reliable time-critical logistics solution.

We also thoroughly enjoyed connecting with people who wanted to support our business with their services and meeting up with those who already do!

A huge thanks to everyone who came over to chat to the team – it was lovely to chat to so many likeminded people who are as passionate about logistics as we are.

Multimodal Reflections

For us, Multimodal is an opportunity for connecting. So often, we’re holed away at Jet HQ working hard to provide time-critical logistics solutions for our customers that sometimes we forget there’s a whole world of the logistics experts out there.

Multimodal gives us an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the world of logistics away from the office and helps to remind us of what a wonderful, friendly, supportive industry it is.

We’re looking forward to next year already!
