Team Jet Express have done it again!

This weekend, our fleet descended on The Shed Charity Truck Show at Countryside Park in Stourport and ended up coming home with a few more trophies to add to our collection! 

Our brilliant team of drivers spent their Friday sprucing up their trucks, inside and out, before heading off to show for a weekend filled with good food, good trucks and even better weather! 

The turnout was absolutely fantastic and all the entered trucks were stunning, which is why we were honoured to return home with the following:

• 2nd Best Fleet Overall
• Best Truck over 5 Years Old – x2, well done Ryan and Nick! 
• 3rd Best Rigid 

Bringing home trophies is always a great feeling but, as with most truck shows we attend, it’s usually about something much bigger than a couple of titles.

 

Raising Money for The National Autistic Society

The Shed Charity Truck Show is an annual event put on by Dean and Sarah Hine to raise money for the National Autistic Society – a charity particularly close to their hearts due to their son being diagnosed with autism 10 years ago.

Because all the money raised goes to the NAS, they really do put their heart and soul into making it such a fun show with the warmest, friendliest atmosphere. Our team were treated to a weekend filled with meeting brilliant people, being entertained by fantastic live music and knowing they were helping to raise money for such an important cause.

We were absolutely thrilled to see that The Shed Charity Truck Show raised £4621.93 overall, a huge contribution to a charity that is so important to so many people.

A huge thanks to Dean and Sarah for organising such a brilliant show and allowing us to have such an enjoyable weekend – it’s not one we’ll forget in a hurry!

And, of course, a huge thank you to Jet Team who took time out of their weekend to attend and represent Jet Express so well – and congratulations on your fantastic wins!
