We have been using JET Express Ltd for our deliveries – both planned and urgent same day work – for around 12 months. We switched from our previous supplier due to JET’s enhanced service – they were able to offer us email notifications of delivery ETAs and further emails with delivery times and POD names, with hard copy PODs being returned promptly with their invoices. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and will go the extra mile to help with our urgent last-minute requests, their communication is second none.
